I made a clear installation however I still can't get this to work. When I start a ballistic DM with the right mutator ballistic weapons just doesn't show up. What do I do?

Could you change Nationalist to Xenophobic and Communist to Collectivist? Those two are human ideological terms and don't really fit Stellaris.
