One thing is incompetent lawyers who doesn't understand how Samsung's galaxy nexus is different from Apple's iPad. Even worse is incompetent juries who allow these stupid sue's to be accepted and also make incredibly stupid verdicts. YES your Honor, YOU are the reason that competition and development is stalling towards the ground and monopoly, and YOU really need some glasses if you can't see the difference yourself.
