(I still need check if they sent refund already, wish you used the other type of campaign where you could keep the pledges)
anyway due to KickStarter not supporting whole EU I can't support you there (so will be waiting for any post-KS campaign supporting paypal)

Usage of any copyrighted content from games made by Bohemia Interactive is prohibited unless You have written approval, which You don't have.
The license terms clearly states that any content in our games is our IP, same goes for any community made content via our modeling tools, which can be then used only at our games.

So consider this official warning and as request to take down any and all content covered by our IP and license agreements ...

i gave just nice hint or want me go and ask the mod to be removed because it's using our models?
be assured any other game developer does the same, doesn't matter what's the source if it's someone 'finding' model on street or another 'free model' download/sale
we did more than most other developers and gave many models into hands of our community with very simple rules, they can be used only for our games, period
