To install Pirates of the Caribbean, first you need the original game.
Then install Build 14 Full, but do not install ENB or Swiftshader, and do not install it in "program files" Make sure it has run "runme.bat" by looking in your POTC folder.
Then install Patch 6 full. Make sure you run "rename.bat". Then find "engine.ini" in your POTC folder and set your screen resolution there.
That should do it!
i saw you had problems installing the fx mod. i just play it but i got it installed like this.
go to your FoC directory and save the extracted mod file in the mod folder. if there is no mod folder in your FoC directory then create one and call it Mods. if there is no shortcut to the mod create one or go to the shortcut of another mod and change the target line. you can also use the mod laucher Empireatwar.gamefront.com
remember you need to have a clean FoC directory and don't mess it up with other mods then it will not work and you get mixed results like lasers in size of nukes etc.
Do me a favor and just join this group...

We want to get to 100 members and we need your help!
Patience my friend... I will be happy to help you figure it out. Do you want to discuss this on my profile or yours?
anywhere is fine with me
Ok, well in that case lets do it here. First of all I got the info from my buddy starkiller2356. And the mod is truly awesome. You might want to consult him because I may only be able to help to a certain extent. Anyway now that your sick of me rambling. The first part is-
1) Download the fx mod.
2) convert the file using win rar or another program.
(If you are not sure how to do this I can tell You)
3) Drag the converted files into your mods folder.
4) go to your foc directory and right click on the foc shortcut and click create shortcut. (You can rename this shortcut to fx mod or whatever). ( you may have to drag the shortcut onto your desktop other wise it may not let you make one).
5) Go to properties on your shorcut and edit the target box. (Copy this...
"C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption\swfoc.exe" MODPATH=Mods\FX_Mod
Then click on the shortcut and you are set to go!
Feel free to ask more questions if you cant get is to work.
And may the force be with you. :D
