I'm stuck at police station. I flipped the switch inside security booth and don't know where to go. There is a ladder in canal but its sealed in metall casing.

After the incident when you meet guard and scientist and start generator, door with retinal scanner doesn't open. And scientist or guard refuse to follow. I had to noclip this.
Edit: it seems I broke scripting by activating generator early.
