Salut, ai activat fiserele modului din launcher? Daca nu ai launcher-ul atunci descarca Total War ModManager si porneste mod-ul de acolo, la fel trebuie sa activezi fisierele intai.

Not available right now because the tech tree isn't completed. There is however a submod on the workshop that unlocks them.

Well greatswords didn't appear until the 16th century and the mod ends in the 15th century. The only greatsword that can be added is the scottish claymore which appeard in the late 15th century.

Yeah, I too am a bit skeptical about the big "Sea Wolf", as I've specified in the comment that it might be 16th century, though some ships in that era also had lower bow and stern like Alamy.com and Dissolve.com , so it could be a very late 15th century or early 16th century ship. The author specifies it's late 15th century, probably because of the Tighina/Bender Fortress(the fortress was build during Stepehn's reign, though the depiction of the ship could've been added much later). Here's some more pictures of that model Ro.pinterest.com Ro.pinterest.com Ro.pinterest.com . Anyway, the smaller version of the ship could definitely be 15th century as it looks like a caravel with the bow having its unique 'wolf head' shape.
Also I didn't mention, the Carrack of Bălineşti and and the Pânzar(oh btw, I forgot to mention pânzar literally translates to 'sail ship' from romanian) share a similarity: both of them have raised bows and a similar shape of the hull, apparently this shape offered better stability during the rough weather on the Black Sea, here are plans of the Pânzar reproduced by Cristian Crăciunoiu Ro.pinterest.com .

Well the 15th century & 16th century was the time that we know more about the Moldavian navy, during the reign of Stephen the Great it was quite a powerful navy in the region. Many of their ships were inspired by the Genoese(as they had trading colonies at the Black Sea and on the Danube) and the Ottomans, though there were a few which were unique. For one there's the Pânzar(here are some depictions and model reconstructions Ro.pinterest.com Ro.pinterest.com Ro.pinterest.com Ro.pinterest.com), the ship was used for both trade and warfare(as were many ships at that time), then there's the Carrack of Bălineşti(named as such because it was discovered on a fresco at the Bălineşti church, here's some illustrations Ro.pinterest.com Ro.pinterest.com ), here's some more depictions of different ships on church frescos( Ro.pinterest.com Ro.pinterest.com Ro.pinterest.com). Then there's another ship( Ro.pinterest.com ) named "The Sea Wolf" by Ion Friptu(the one that did the research on it) because of the shape of its bow. Apparently these kind of ships(one with a smaller one with 2 and a bigger version of it with 3 masts) were also build during the reign of Stephen the Great, for the smaller ship there is a depiction on a fresco but as for the heavier one there's apparently a depiction on a wall of Tighina/Bender Fortress. There's not much known about these two in terms of what they were armed with, mostly speculation, the big one could be late 15th or even 16th century(here's a model reconstruction of the 3 masted ship Ro.pinterest.com).

Sadly there's not much research being done on this topic. Most of the reaserch I've talked about here was done by Cristian Crăciunoiu and by Ion Friptu.
Wow, that was a long comment, hopefully you won't get bored reading it :D

I live in Romania too. I've looked at the some of the other factions Tier 2 units and they do appear to be based on the early part of the 14th (the equipment from those images I've given in the other comment is based on the later part of the 14th century like the 1370s to 1390s). Though the equipment of the Voivode bodyguard seems to be based on the later part of 14th century like the one from the images I've given, so I thought that the boyars would also be based on this time period.

Anyway, really awesome that Moldavia will also be in the mod, they have some pretty cool ships for when you will bring naval units in the mod.

The mod is amazing, I like how it really captures the way medieval armies looked, not with stadard equipment across the whole unit but with differences depending on what the soldiers could afford.

Btw here's a suggestion for the Wallachian tier 2 boyar cavalry: in the 14th century the boyars would've most likely worn full plate armor or brigandines (like Pinterest.it, Ro.pinterest.com or Ro.pinterest.com ) and not lamellar armor like how they do in the mod.

So how do I play the mod? The installation tutorial says that I need to copy and paste the launcher (which I'm guessing it should be in the zip file) but I can't find the launcher for the mod in the zip file.

You should put the files in a mod folder in the sound folder(just create a folder and name it "mod")then change the config.blk from your main war thunder folder like this:
enable_mod:b=yes
and then:
sound{
speakerMode:t="auto"
fmod_sound_enable:b=yes
enable_mod:b=yes
}

I think one of the scenarios starts in 1910 and the other in 1914.Tough it would be cool to start the game in 1904 with the Russo-Japanese war.
