Looking for Multiplayer Programmer. Rpg. Crafting intensive job

We as a team, are looking for a multiplayer programmer who can make a game similar to games like runescape. we want to use UE4, we have concept artist, 3d modelers, technical art, we are still looking for a good Rigger and Animator, but we can work on prototyping for now. We are planning to use a very specific art style, and this game should be able to be scaled down to function on mobile as well.

Please only organized code, preferably (C PLUS PLUS), no blueprinters in training, no amateurs, we are freelancers who decided to work together to make a good project.

We have the artistic capacity to make a large amount of content and levels, in a timely fashion in ue4 and other various 3d platforms. multiple members with multiple years of experience.

We can also blueprint some, to lighten the workload of a senior programmer.

The game should have elements of many action rpgs, or other mmo-rpgs, but it will need to be designed with monetization and cash shop programming for cosmetics and unlocks, achievements, and complex hud.

This game will be targeted towards Children, and young adults, but also should feel nostalgic to adults as well.
