Looking for Animator/Player Modeler job

Hello, I'm using Unity since 3 years and I have tried working on bigger Projects a lot of times, but each time I have failed for different reasons(no common ideas with other's, no motivation, not enough people...). This time I have decided to start with a very basic self made kind of template for a FPS(First Person Shooter). I have already made this in the Unity Engine with some very basic features(Shooting, Moving, Shoot Sound, Bullet Hits, Simple Dead without Respawn) in a few hours. This whole thing is multiplayer and there should be no options of a Speed hack or something similar like this.

But why am I telling this, you might ask. Well I thought with making this foundation it can be easily extended and it is completely open in which directions this games goes(Payday, Battlefield, Rust, Counter Strike, DayZ - are all possible).

Am I alone on this project?

No. Another person want to help on this project but has very limited experience with Unity(1-2 Weeks). I'm teaching him the basics of Unity and he can hopefully help soon on this project.

What/Who are we Searching?

As we both have a very limited graphical skills and I'm searching for a Artist which can make the Player model(already got a basic one from Fuse) and the Animations. I have got some software(GeoVox, Substance Designer 4, Substance Painter, Blender) and can help doing the environment and the levels and I will help because I know 1 Artist is not enough.

What genre of game do we want to make?

As I have already said we want to determine this later and first of all make a basic Multiplayer First Person Shooter foundation.

What do you get?

I would like to get the finished game on Steam or Desura and you will of course receive a fair percentage of the income. Also you can gather new experience :).
