i am setting up a development team at diamond studios to make a horror game for pc and hopefully on consoles in the future,
they game will be set in an alternate universe. the story line and characters have yet to be fully explored, but we want it to be all a team effort, we want a team who can work well alone but also be able to communicate with each other. the game will be a psychological horror, the story so far is, a father driving home from the hospital with his wife, 6 year old daughter and his new born daughter when the car crashes, you play as the father who after the crash wakes up in an entire different world filled with all sorts of horrid creatures and you must find your way out of this world and get back to your family, i have set up a big plot twist in the game and the monsters in the game will represent people and the characters life.
the engine and the code language is yet to be decided. it will most likely be unity or unreal engine.
the lead programmer will be in charge of leading a team of programmers and making sure everyone on the programming team is working at a good pace.
the lead programmer will have the say on what engine and code language is best for the game. the lead programmer will also assist the game directors in creating a game with a gripping story and that is also fun to play.
the lead programmer must have a vast knowledge of a coding language (c+, c++ c#)
this is not a paid position, however a kick starter page will be started and what
all employees will be paid for there work when the money comes in.
