ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute the product goals for Iron Gaming's enhanced application.
Develop ranking/tier system to score players and tier into 5 groups (from beginner to Pro).
Develop core product vital for Iron Gaming’s success - interactive application that allows players to earn EXP, redeem prizes, and be matched & compete against one another.
Develop a cart system for users to purchase Iron Gaming gear or passes (and be able to redeem codes).
Transition Iron Gaming to a new website with functionality of the core product.
Create and assist in defining the goals for the product development department for the 2015 plan year.
Lead the Technical team for the launch of the Iron Gaming product.
Continuously work with team to improve user experience.
Enhance and improve the IG product and meet the technical company wide objectives.
Mentor and develop the product team.
