HD 2D artist/web desig (templates and logos) + web programmer (html, CSS) wanted job

Hi,

I am currently creating a website for Novo Genesis and I need some help (we have paid $106 AUD so far). So before I go into the job i'll just tell you a little about myself and my organisation.

I am a programmer who mainly uses C# for game development, however I also know some html, CSS and Javascript as well as a decent knowledge of Blender (3D modelling) and 2D art (mainly HD photoshop work). I am the CEO of Novo Genesis who have in our short 2 months of ******** produced our first FPS shooter as well as some prototype character motors and an advanced AI FPS shooter.

However, game development is just one branch of Novo Genesis we also have a Chess.com branch, Warlight branch, LoL branch and a wonderful partner ship with our award winning photographer Marion Petrovsky. So altogether our team currently consists of 10 members of staff as well as a large player base.

So what is the actual job?

HD 2D artist/web designer

Your job is to develop templates, logos, icons and all sorts of crazy things for our company (maybe even some photo editing if you think your up for it). Obviously your working on the design side of the website and will need to work with the Concept artist, web developer/programmer, other artists, other programmers, the heads of all departments and of course myself (yep a pretty big list).

You will immediately join the game development team who will be now known as just the development team in general (as it will now consist of both game and web developers) and will be assigned due dates and tasks that need to be completed by their deadlines (only some will have deadlines as we are quite relaxed while also strict on crucial tasks). All tasks you will be notified of via the website where you will be given a staff account so that you can edit the necessary elements of the website.

The best part of this is that you will be working with our concept artist from the game development department and will therefore know exactly what is needed by the basic scanned drawings/images sent to you

What you need:

- Experience with Photoshop or any other image editing software

- Ability to work with a team

- Ability to reach the flexible and generous deadlines if deadline is necessary

- Ability to produce high end images that fit our description

Preferable:

- Skype account

- Gmail account (if we decide to use google drives for some downloads)

- English speaking

- Australian nationality (this is just from me as I live in Australia and have only met one other Australian in the IT industry online, out of the hundreds I have met along my journey) our team is based over the world so it really doesn't matter if you live anywhere else.

Web programmer/developer

Now you'll easily fit in with our team as we have the friendliest and experienced programmers you've ever met! Your in charge of the programming side of the website and will need to work with the Concept artist, web designer/artist, other artists, other programmers, the heads of all departments and of course myself (again a pretty big list).

Your tasks will be given to you by myself directly as well as the heads of the departments. You will be in charge of making sure all the code is working properly, everyone on the website is secure and will need to look after any problems which may occur on the website, however, this is not going to be a lonely or isolated task as you will have the aid of our other programmers (as some know html and CSS as well as their other languages), the web designers/artists and myself.

Your job is far more flexible than the web designers and will not have as many tasks and deadline. Your tasks will be assigned to you via the website as you will be given a staff login so that you can access all necessary areas of the website.

What you need:

- Experience with web developing

- Great understanding of html and CSS

- Good team-working skills

- Ability to make deadlines

Preferable:

- Skype

- Fluent English

- Gmail account (for google drive)

I chose this option because of the ability to edit the source code as well as the possibility of uploading our own template to use. We can also embed our own programs into the website.
