Game Artist job

Hello there!

We have a small team of developers, an artist and a story writer working on a light hearted strategy / action hybrid game. We have some interesting designs that we are looking to develop into a demo within the next three months. The goal from there is to get proper funding to develop this out into a full game with the right level of support. Obviously joining the development at such as early stage offers you a chance at being a key member of a growing team.

I am running the team and also a designer + programmer. I have 17 years in the software development industry so really value and understand the benefits of pulling together as a team and delivering to realistic expectations.

What are we looking for:

* We need another artist to work on character concepts and translating them into a digital form for use within our game. We are building a 2d game mainly (perhaps 2.5d for some areas of the game) so we don't need any complex 3d modelling.

* We'd love it if your into the fanatasy / sci fi genre, but equally important is a wide variety of tastes - as our game seeks to draw inspiration from all walks of life.

* We want you to work together and get along well with the team. Ultimately I value this and a passion to give things a go over having the biggest and best portfolio.

* Finally, as we are a small studio we are always happy to have people multi-role. So if you want to be more than just an artist (say work on your writing skills, or design skills) - you'd be the ideal person!
