Character Design Concept Artist Needed job

We are looking for a talented character concept artist to design characters with photorealistic style.

we're creating a third person action adventure video game inspired by games such as Uncharted, Tomb Raider and Far Cry, built on the Unreal Engine 4, our game will be based on character development and will have interesting characters, we are just starting with this project's preproduction and will start the actual production by the start of next year, we already have a survival horror game project in production so we have good experience with game development and game design, we are starting a second project because we love what we do and we'd like to do it more often.

We're looking for a person looking for an experience rather than money because we are an indie team and we still haven't released any of our games, once we have gameplay footage to show we will try crowdfunding and if it works, if you're looking to build a portfolio or just want game development experience you're very qualified for this project.

Requirments:
*Great photorealistic character design skills.
*At least enough time to design a character every week.
*A passion for game development and gaming in general.
*Friendly and able to take constructive criticism.
