Artist/Modeler/Animator job

Delta games is just starting up, we have found a lead coder/programmer for our project, now I am on the hunt to find someone who would be interested in being an artist, modeler and/or Animator for the Team. The position will be a lead position for that trade, such as Lead Artist, Lead Modeler or Lead Animator. This project is an in free time project that will turn into a paid position once we enter Kickstarter and receive funding, then also, paid once the game hits the public.

The game will be an open world style of game. Again, we have some ideas, but always are looking to find others opinions as well. We are also looking forward for this game to become a community driven game, with ideas and suggestions being made to us, and trying to implement the good ideas that get shared. All I ask if you apply, is for you to show me some work you have done, whether in video or pictures.

List some games you may have been a part of, but it isn't a requirement to have created a game. Our Lead Programmer has experience with the unreal engine, and I myself have used the engine as well, so Unreal is the way we seem to be headed.
