Looking for a couple of modelers and animators to start a development team with and build some games. I have a few years of coding experience in various tools like UE4 and Unity3D, but my hard skill set is limited, which is why I am looking for some modelers and animators to help develop assets and maybe even a level designer. I would like to start releasing some full projects that could possible generate some revenue.
The scope of the games would be small to ensure they could be completed in a reasonable amount of time. Initially I would like to focus on PC games and possibly branch out to some mobile stuff if that is what the team wants to do. I would be leading the design direction of the team and managing the project but I am obviously open to any ideas for games from anyone a part of the team, I'm not necessarily set on a specific game idea or direction at the moment and would like to meet up on google hangout or skype and discuss where we could begin once the team is assembled.
The position is listed as free but any revenue generated would be split among the team.
