3D Level Modeler job

The 3D models that I need aren't really for a 3D game. It's for a point and click game and I need different 3D rooms. For example: If I needed a hallway, then you would have to make a hallway and take a screenshot of it and I could use the screenshot, I dont need the full room. I'm looking for a theme of an abandoned hospital so it's like run down, the walls are a nasty green, and some black mold, and scarce lighting, and maybe a little bit of blood on the walls here and there. A lot needs to be done, and it's not just a few rooms because this is going to be a full story line so there will be a lot of dialog, puzzles, and lots of running.

I've been wanting to make this game for quite a while and I feel like I can finally do it now. I've been making 2D games for 3 years and now I want to do something different. I know that this game will be a huge boost for bringing this company up to its feet. But anyway, this game is going to be a horror type point and click game. It's kind of like Ghost in the Sheet (If you don't know what that is, I highly suggest you look it up before doing this project.)
