It is a ZIP file, you need to extract the Apk out of the zip file to install the app

You mean make this mod? I use APk Editor to extract files from the game, then modify the assets using tools like Total Commander and Photoshop. Finally, I replace the edited files into the game, then rebuild the .apk file.

More complex mods like "more countries" or "more troops" require a tool called TotalCommander. However, with a mod like this, you could just use the app APKEditor to extract some files, edit them, replace them into the APK, and finally rebuild and install it. There's also a more in-depth tutorial on the European War 4 website.
How to download?
To download, click the red "Download now" button; it will begin to download a zip file containing the .apk file for the game. You must extract the .apk file from the zip file to begin installation. Be sure to have enough space to install it! For the two later versions, it will just download the .apk file so there's no zip file to extract.
When trying to install it, it says app not installed when talking about wc3. Anything I can try to fix it? 😛
I've encountered the same problem once, my way to fix it was to move the game from the SD Card back onto the Internal Storage. There may also be a setting on your phone that is preventing apps from installing.

You should try moding WC4, the game has good mechanics, but is kinda unaffordable, and has ugly graphics
Hi there! I'm not really sure if I'll be diving into modding World Conqueror 4 yet. Mostly because I'm still burnt out with creating the latest version of the mod that has been released. Maybe in the future I might dive in to World Conqueror 4 and mod it as well. Have a great day!

Having trouble installing?
+ First make sure to allow installations from "unknown sources" from the settings menu of your android device
+ If you already have an installation of the game and it is located on the SD Card, move the SD Card installation back to internal storage, then proceed to install the downloaded .apk file
+ Ensure that there is enough storage space to install the application
+ If you are installing the app from a third party file manager app like "File Manager HD", make sure to grant it permission to install apps
+ It's also possbile that there is another type of administrator permission issue preventing the app from installing

I'm afraid the mod is in it's final version now. I have no further plans to work on WC3. And a big map is not part of my vision for my own Mod.
