Work's going good, the contract for the game is about to be signed I am looking for members to start a proper team and help me with the project in order to continue and finish it properly.
Along with each position there's an example of what is needed.
Pixel Artist (Battlers)
The candidate will deal with the creation and editing of battlers based on the original style by holder, will be involved occasionally with the creation of battlebacks.

The illustrator will deal with creating portraits for the main characters, enemies, further concept art, illustrations for title and some important events.

Music Artist/Sound Expert
This position will deal with taking care of the game's music creating a proper ost with influences from the Persona series as well as ambient pop/dream pop

Scripter
The scripter will mainly deal with solving issues or creating some sequences of the game.
The game will have the chance of appearing among the indie titles at Indie Videogame fairs as well as in the indie corner of some of the main events of the field.
Payment will be afforded mainly by royalties which will be decided according to each case.
