As an artistic reccomendation I would turn down the contrast a little bit and the lights up. (Eg. on the textures). The original was dark but not so dark. And trust me, I like dark settings and dislike the light atmosphere of UT4, but this is a bit too much on the "gritty" side.
You may not have all the assets in those three locations in yet, but it still looks absolutely amazing!
