Unearth is top down Sci-fi shooter in the vain of alien swarm. Players will take on the role of a soldier enrolled in either the Centauri Coalition (Red) or the Terra Alliance (Blue). Gameplay will consist of quick 5 minute battles where two teams go head-to-head in small squads with the aim of securing the most kills. The Battles will take place on the UnEarth mining company’s interstellar mining platforms located throughout the sector. Combat will revolve around jumping between platforms, hiding behind obstacles and avoiding traps. Two weapons will be available; the default being the laser rifle, and the second a Grenade launcher. Unearth is a student game development by 3 students at TAFE SA (Adam Jabs, James Bryce, Kade Rickman) and was intended for display at AVCON 2013 in Adelaide Australia. A playable version of the game will be up soon, which may be the final depending on community interest. Thank you for looking.
