Tunnels of Despair is an atmospheric horror game with elements of survival where you will have to explore underground tunnels, trying to find a way out and rescue yourself.
You were sent to check on a long-abandoned underground tunnel, which at first appeared to be a standard task. Unfortunately, during the inspection, the tunnel's old arches gave out and collapsed. By some miracle, you managed to hide in a tiny side room and avoid being crushed to death. The way back is blocked; all your stuff is on the other side of the fall. Hopefully, you'll find a way out behind the one and only door you see...
Hi! There was a long informational absence regarding our project, but I assure you, development is not stopped and we will be releasing our game, just later than we previously expected.
I wont try to make any promises, yet, because I usually do not want to brag if I'm not 100%, but I will try to update the development cycles and tell what is happening with our project to keep in touch with you, guys.
What is happening now: we are close to playable alpha right now, basic features implemented, and 90% of the map completed.
What is our first priority at the moment: playable alpha
State of the game:
Not currently playable. Menu and game start done along with some storytelling, but gameplay lacking depth. The victory case currently not fully implemented. Ai currently working adequate, but also has some issues, making experience not so smooth. Balance now floating from too easy to very hard.
Changelist from the start of greenlight:
Well lets say its tough one. We will mark this version as v0.1 and make our steps from it.
Also I want to say that I do not want to dive deep into details, because it can affect your perception when a game finally done.
