Tiia-Mari Kolibri’s Virtual Art Gallery Windows, Web game

Tiia-Mari Kolibri’s Virtual Art Gallery is an app that mixes fine art with video game mechanics. The gallery has been developed by programmer Joni Rokkanen and visual artist Tiia-Mari Kolibri. This first-person puzzle game is based on Tiia-Mari Kolibri’s artwork. The app was published on 13.12.2016.

Tiia-Mari Kolibri’s Virtual Art Gallery is completely free to play and it was created with the Unity engine. The game has some scenes that can be scary and some that deal with sexuality so it’s not suitable for everyone. There is a downloadable PC version and also a browser version – both are created in English. The game’s length is about one hour, depending on the player.

The project has been funded by the Finnish Cultural Foundation’s North Karelia Regional fund and by the Draft Program (Karelia University of Applied Sciences & University of Eastern Finland).
