It's strange to see what you ended up making. Today we are marketing They Breathe and Residue side by side, and while the similarities are there - they're both obsessed with marrying gameplay and storytelling, for instance - they're also remarkably TOTALLY DIFFERENT.
For one thing, They Breathe is about a place that shouldn't be water-filled, but is. Residue is about the Aral Sea. They Breathe is about a horrible natural system, completely untouched by man. Residue is about humanity's effect on nature. And where They Breathe is a short-form experiment, Residue is a sprawling adventure over 13 chapters of exploration, scripted action and constant new impressions.
In short, it's a heavily story-driven platform adventure set in the present-day Aral Sea, where you explore as three very different characters. Check out the blog, and please vote us up on Greenlight! This is going to be fantastic.
