The Protectors of Etheria is a stand-alone mod of the game Warlords Battlecry 3 (i.e. it can be run without having the original game installed - 100% free full game). It is an improved RTS/RPG game with new campaigns, quests, terrain, units, items, heroes, modding features and more. Beta versions available for download!
Coming in 0.8.6.
Thanks for expanding the storage menu.
BTW: Are you thinking about making a few more spear weapons? I have a few ideas if you want:
Imperial Pike:+15 damage(piercing); +20 damage vs cavalry
Woodland Thorn:+10 damage (piercing); +3 combat; 5% chance to cast Gemberry
Ironwood Javelin:+12 damage (piercing); attack becomes ranged at 50% current damage (like fire missile for rangers and pyromancers)
Cruel Guisarme: +7 damage (slashing); 2% chance to cast Fear
Fey Spear: + damage (piercing); +10 combat; +1 Illusion Magic
Its just that I play elven characters a lot, and I would like to have more Spears than just the Spear of Ahnk to roleplay with how my character actually looks like in game.
We'll certainly look into it.
As for the above - it isn't the campaign storage. It is something entirely new and what we call "Spoils of War". Upon completing a skirmish, the victor (or victors if it was a team game) have their army loot the entire map and return back any uncollected items to the above screen for those players to take.
However, mappers can actually set pre-placed items to NOT be looted by this new system if they still wish for a player to seek the item during the game and not automatically get access to them upon winning.
Extending the campaign stash is still something that is being looked into - so don't expect it any time soon.
Better yet, no longer will have to risk low level heroes by going across the map for that out-of-the-way chest and all loot that I couldnt collect becauise of space can now go directly to my stash.
But, would you consider increasing stash size?
Maybe by adding some tabs on the side so we can cycle around them like in the level up sheet.
Something of the sort (though I was thinking of a scroll bar) will need to be done. If we get more room, we might even give it a better design.
Just commenting to say love the ideas man, well thought out :)
I actually still need to add some explanatory text to this screen, like what's the stash, the ground, the back-pack, but it will have to do for now.
