Business owner Mr. Granderson is tired of superheroes standing on the roof of his building, watching over the city. In frustration, he creates a hero-elimination dungeon to trap them and seek his revenge. You play The Man in the Cape, an unlucky "superhero" who becomes trapped in Mr. Granderson's dungeon. It is up to you to fight Granderson's hordes of nanotech creatures and bring him to justice!!! Progress, room by room, fighting an increasingly challenging army of superhero-hating henchmen! You must escape, because your city needs you!

Twin stick shooter The Man in the Cape will include a Ubuntu Linux binary along with the Windows version upon release.
The Ubuntu version will need a few dependency downloads from the universe repository, but it is tested and fully works under Ubuntu.
The Man in the Cape is planned for a Late Summer or Fall Release in 2012. It is currently in testing.

Story: Mr. Granderson, the owner of Granderson Electronics Repair, is a simple businessman. He works hard and keeps to himself. But somehow, his building has become a magnet for superheroes, who feel the need to stand on his building and look over the city.
Having had enough, Mr. Granderson concocted a plan for revenge. In a form never seen before, Mr. Granderson constructed a vast underground superhero dungeon to trap all those who seek to trespass on his property.
Now, having been trapped in Mr. Granderson's hero elimination dungeon, popular "superhero" The Man in the Cape must fight against the dungeon's horde of nanotech driven creatures and bring Mr. Granderson to justice!
