The Intergalactic Trashman is a 2D space exploration game with platform stages that combines action, puzzles and stealth. The main character works collecting and recycling space trash and unwittingly, he finds himself involved in an intriguing adventure. He will need to travel around the universe to find his partner and friend that has disappeared under strange circumstances.
Space exploration stages have a pseudo-sandbox concept. You will fly with the main character ship to explore the space and the planets, in order to collect trash and different types of elements that allow you to improve the main character ship, complete different missions and discover the main plot. You will have to use all your cleverness to avoid the stalker dangers in space: turrets, missiles, space pirates, enemy mines,... But you will be able to use helpful power-ups: shields, mines, weapons,...
At platforms stages you will control our hero through different sceneries, having to deal with the enemies that guard there. In order to deal with these enemies, you will be able to fight against them or use stealth to avoid them. In addition, you will have to prove your skills and solve different puzzles. Inside the mothership, which will be the main menu, you will be able to interact with your fellow crew. Talking with them you will know their personal plots, get secondary missions, upgrade your ship and your weapons, and buy costumes for the main character.

We've been very very busy. We decided to improve the space, because we thought that there was a HUGE difference in quality and style between space and platform. In addition, we've added a lot of new stuff to the platforms stages, such as: grenades, decoys, spikes... We're working very hard, hope you like it!

They'll be useful in stealth maps when you want an enemy to leave his position cause he's blocking your path. In regular maps you could use decoys to entertain some enemies while you kill the rest or run away from them while they're attacking decoys.
We've just implemented/made falling spikes. During the game/ingame you'll find "one fall spikes" activated by triggers and "always falling spikes". In this video you can see them:
