Leader looses his troops time to time Thread - The Colonizers

When I recoded whole "troops leader following" code, there born a new
bug.

It seems, time to time, when leader is attacking over enemys land,
He will loose "connect* for troops. So, the troops remain where
there are and leader continues lonely...

I found the error on code and I will fix it for next release. Not a
big error. One "++t" line wrote on wrong place ;-)
