Less on the Pro, more on the Motion, today's update proves my devotion! (I know, I'm terrible, sorry)

I've built the first test version of the game to pass around to friends and family over the last several days, the responses have been heart-warming. A few technical difficulties did arise though, which leads to a few changes on the release schedule.

My intention was to ship to all three target OSes on launch, but since System Recovery hasn't been throughly tested on anything else than Windows, I'd rather not deliver to other systems until I've made sure they work without any major quirks. Due to my choice of a platform independent coding language, it doesn't mean a lot of work, so it's not a big setback in theory, but finding someone with a Mac to help me through this will likely drag out a while.

Sadly, I've been in sort of a coder's block recently, so I've made very little progress on adding the finishing touches before the game is ready, most of my attention has gone out to the testers, and other administrative and promotional matters, which brings me to the latest piece of work I've sunk my working time into, a promotional video. It's the kind of thing to get people interested in a game under a very small time frame without giving away too much. Hope you like it.


My current estimations say there is at least one busy week's worth of stuff left to do, though I might decide to skimp on a few less vital things to preserve my sanity, as I've got a lot going on at the moment. I stand by my earlier promises though.

Last week I skipped making a news post due to a lack of things to show, I want to keep these articles meaningful. For this reason, I've created and linked a twitter account to this project profile, which I'll mostly use to deliver a few smaller updates for now.
