If you want to get insulin a good place to go, is to the Fat Neils and Mcoys, they will give you some insulin if you steal some crops, also if you have a few Molotov cocktails they will give you a quest to burn down a barn and a watchtower, if you do this you will be told where a hospital is. |

I have tried to burn down the barn using a Molotov, but every time I try it I get caught. I tried coming from the east like the quest description says and I also tried getting all the members of the town to look the other way buy telling them to look at the other town. Any tips? |

When you are getting the members of the town to look the other way, check all the buildings to see if there are any inside them. (To see if someone is inside a building go up to it so it's selected, and in the top right display you will see the face icons of its inhabitants. To make them come out, press (A) Talk) |

You can get some from some people in the other town to the north west of the bunker follow the road as if you are going to the gun store then go north and follow the road then go north again and then right and you will find a gravel path to it. Just be careful as there are red strain and looters! |

There is a doctor called Juantia Baca in Los Ceros (the big base to the north-east) who also has a quest that leads to insulin. (Also, in order to get the awardment you have to actually give the insulin to Alice.) |

I give all of it to her from the beginning and I have actually recruited her to so I got her insulin |

So we have no other option than to burn down the barns and steal crops? I wanted to bring them together, and that just makes it all worse. But then, I guess I'll have time to worry about all that the second time through with cheats? |

Doing the right thing isn't easy in a zombie apocalypse |

Quick question. I just "failed" the insulin quest due to Alice using her last insulin in her inventory (she hasn't died or anything) but I hadn't got back over to Fort Kohai to buy more and haven't worked real hard towards the McCoy / Neil treaty yet (I don't want to steal crops and burn property, as I feel getting them allied will be better). Is there any major detriment to failing the quest? Also, is it imperative that Alice live throughout (I'm not a fan of having any character of mine die, but just want to know if I'm risking anything by possibly skirting my tedious responsibility to her). Thanks |

Alice will give you three ways to "complete the game": love, money or power. You can't complete the "love" questline if she dies, and some other quests and story elements will be affected. But most of the rest of the game is unchanged. You'll find it very hard to keep her alive without compromising your principles (stealing crops etc). It's the zombie apocalypse, after all. |

Thank you, sir. Exactly the answer I needed. I hadn't wanted to hop back into the game just yet (was hoping to hear from you). I'll decide if I want to power game to keep her alive (without breaking morals), go the easier route and break morals, or just let her die off. I'll cross that bridge in the near future. None the less, I'm glad I tried this game. It really is awesome. |

I didnt kill tom and butch (Their stats are very good), instead I started the war allied with santa maddalena, so that amelia is killed in the war and i can steal the key from her body. |
