Surgeon Simulator 2013 is a simulation game with some at first, difficult controls but after messing the settings, rage quit a few times, and "practicing" on some patients, you'll get the hang of it.
It's actually pretty fun and a real hardy challenge, so it will be worth it.
So, give it a try and make sure you buy the Anniversary Edition, so you can perform eye and dental surgeries!
This game is so very funny and i use it for brutal murdering!! MUAHAHAHAHA!!!
But, it was not that realistic, since you will just get the lungs, then get the heart.. then replace that heart with the heart transplant..
The problem is.. obviously, it is difficult seriously to play for beginners, since.. MURDER TIME!! FUN TIME!!
This game is pretty funny and over-the-top. Yeah it gets really hard sometimes. But the sense of accomplishment is overwhelming when you finally get that last kidney in the right place. The physics do glitch a lot. Like object flipping out when you grab them and they fly out of your hands.Overall, pretty fun, just don't break your computer monitor...

This game is very fun to play the first few times, but that feeling diminishes as you play more. Sometimes I feel like it is more fun to watch some famous YouTubers play through the game instead of playing through the game myself. It was a cool and funny idea, but the rate at which the game starts to become boring is at a very high incline, and anyone that doesn't have the best patience is just going to get annoyed. For the sake of your keyboard, don't play this game if you get angry easily.
