Starship Command is a persistent-world, massively single-player, real-time tactical starship simulator wrapped in an AI-driven 4X game. Starting with a lowly shuttle, you will trade and battle your way to victory, amassing a gigantic fleet customized to your liking! Every component of your ship can be customized; Reactors, Thrusters, Slower-Than-Light Drives, Faster-Than-Light Drives, Primary and Secondary Weapons, and Shields.

We missed our launch date and need more feedback on what you think or want out of Starship Command!

June 1st is here and we're not ready for the launch!

Since the first build released over a month ago we have added:

  • New major features including missions to complete, fleet command, planet descriptions.
  • Many small fixes and improvements such as GUI redesigns, bug fixes, weapon range indication and fleet ship markers and
  • Improvements to the gameplay like pirates not allowed access to secondary weapons and components rebalancing.

We just released Beta Build #7 for Windows, OSX, and Linux with the culmination of the last month's feedback.

But we still want, no, need more of your feedback. Tell us about any features that you'd want to have, any bugs you've found, even if you like or despise the game! Leave a comment here, send us a message or email us!
