It's been three years since we first created the prototype for Stardrift Nomads which we called "Adrift". Since then, we have completely revamped the visual style, design, and features that the game offers. Stardrift has finally reached a state where we feel it can be shown to the public. Below is the first trailer that we have created for this game since the overhaul.
The core elements of this game have been fully implemented, they include:
- Survival mode featuring procedurally generated waves of enemies and hazards.
- Campaign mode with narrative and challenging scripted levels.
- Three different ship classes each with their own unique ability, equipment, and tower sets.
- A huge variety of enemies to challenge players as they fight to survive in the drifts of space.
With all of these pieces in place we plan to release the game in the next month or so through Steam and other platforms, but this is not the end. We have plans for the release of much more content to fully realize our vision for Stardrift Nomads.
