Space Schmogue Windows game

This game tries to combine a believable universe and (semi)accurate physics with the naive charme and cheesiness of old space operas.
Space Schmogue is about immersion. You are not a spaceship shooting at things in space. You are a PERSON sitting in a spaceship shooting at things in space. You can get up from your pilot's seat anytime you want and walk around in a highly detailed starship interior to do all kinds of things like preparing food, maintain your ship systems, talk to other ships over the communications console or just take a nap while your ship glides towards its destination. If you feel a bit cramped, why don't you just leave your ship? May it be to visit some of the countless stations, ships, planets or other places in this vast system. Or just for a small mid-flight spacewalk.
