On April 4, 2011, Shattered Origins: Guardians of Unity was released. Since then, we had almost 50,000 visitors on IndieDB / Desura, and many players decided to buy the game. We have received tons of feedback on the game, which was a great help when we created the two major updates for Shattered Origins. Both updates fixed bugs based on the feedback, and also introduced additional content into the game.
The campaign of Shattered Origins (a 18-20 hour ride) kept most players busy, some of them are still playing on harder difficulties to get all of those achievements.
All in all, it was a very intense year for us here at Elder_Games, and we'd like to celebrate the end of it by making Shattered Origins available with a 25% discount, both here on Desura.com and on Gamersgate.com
Be sure to check this out, as the 25% discount ends in 2012 January!

Although I don't Think my computer can run this :(
You only need a P4 1.5 Ghz CPU, a GeForce 5200 FX video card and 512 MB RAM for minimum graphics. Full graphics (the one you see on screenshots and videos) requires a P4 3Ghz, GeForce 7600 and 1 GB RAM.
Yeah well I've only got an ATI Radeon HD 3200, Luckily I have 1GB of RAM, and I'm unsure about CPU...
You don't need to worry, this game is very optimized, we made sure it will work on low-end PCs too. And I must say, your GPU is better than mine, and I can run it smoothly with full graphics :) .
oh well that makes me feel better, lots better, cause usually I can't run many games that were made after 2007
holy ******* **** this looks epic! i'm tracking this, definately giving this a run when it's out, amazing work guys!
Language ;)
But yeah thanks! We'll have more (spectacular!) news soon :D
it looks awesome but the fps doesnt look that great. will the requirements be too high?
Recording a video lowers performance, that is why it might seem so. The game's minimum requirements aren't too high (P4 2 Ghz, GeForce 5200 FX or equivalent, 512 MB RAM), however, to optimally play, you'll need a better PC than that (P4 3Ghz, GeForce 7600, 1 GB RAM). Multiple-core CPUs are also supported, so the game will be even faster if you have one of those.
Thanks alot!
