0.2.0 Development Status Update news - Seed of Andromeda

Progress on the awaited 0.2.0 update for Seed Of Andromeda is going strong! This update has many planned features, including:

1. World Editor for user content generation
2. Overhauled texture system, with the notable feature of connected textures
3. Overhauled graphics, with motion blur, MSAA, normal mapping, bloom, and others
4. Increased moddability
5. Particle effects and emitters
6. New liquids, including lava, acid, oil, and more!
7. Fire propagation and block burning
8. Basic hologram UI
9. GPU terrain generation (May not be ready for 0.2.0)

Unfortunatly, since I am still a student and I am interning at High Fidelity Inc. this summer, my total programming time only averages about 1-2 hours a day. So while the plan is to release 0.2.0 in the next three months, I acknowledge that it may not be ready by then. Know that while for this summer development might be a bit slower than is the usual, the end result will be worth the wait!
