haha really cool, does this mean you can buy some cheap tanks and blow them up for parts?
Just like it was done in Generals. Vehicles that can Upgrade their Turret can do it 2 times. Each Upgrade don't only take visual effect it also improves the Weapon.

the tank tho is way over powered XD
i don't think so. keep in mind that you can't turn the turret which is a big disadvantage so why not giving it an advantage if someone could upgrade the turret 2 times or maybe even gains promotion with it...?
