Sailors of Steel 0.2.2 - Windows file

Hi guys! I haven't posted a new demo in a while, mainly because right now the development only really applies to the full version. Also, I'm slogging through the paperwork, but I hope to put it on steam soon!

This demo adds an EULA, (so don't sue me!) some UI fixes, and a bunch of bug fixes. There's some re-occurring problem where you sometimes spawn inside an island, so this hopefully fixed that. Also, a bug where the UI would run off screen was fixed. The new UI has been applied to the demo, too.
