The first song introducing the style of the Rascal Rider soundtrack is here.

Rascal Rider Main Theme is the first song from the Rascal Rider Soundtrack. Music, made by SoberDrunk, is going to be an important part of the Rascal Rider experience, setting up the mood right from the moment you start the game. Although this track is not what you would expect from a typical track from a racing game, it certainly is what you would expect from a cyberpunk inspired title.

You may also visit SoberDrunk's MySpace profile (Myspace.com), if you wish to keep an eye on the future tracks.

The next goal for the team is to finish up the lighting for the first track location which will allow to publish some first in-game screenshots. You may expect more news next week.

"Although this track is not what you would expect from a typical track from a racing game, it certainly is what you would expect from a cyberpunk inspired title." Well said. I assume there will be faster songs with more energy during races? :D

Sure thing :) We are also considering some dynamically modified music during the races, influenced by the events on the track. But this idea will have to wait until the reception of the game.
