A development demo (version 0.1) is available for you to play at randallhook.com/games/railroad-dispatcher. The game is functional but there is still much work to be done. Most notably, I have only developed the game so far to look great on the large monitor I am using, so some of the text gets fuzzy at lower resolutions. This is on my immediate todo list.
