Today, we would like to give you an overview on the topic of Qoins and credits. What are Qoins and credits? How do I get them and what do I spend them on?
Qoins and credits are both currencies in Quantum Rush. You can use them to make in-game purchases, for example, to individualise your racer.
Just like research points, which allow you to research new racers and racer components, you receive credits for participating in races. The amount of credits you receive for a given race depends on your final position in that race.
Qoins are not earned within the game, they can be purchased at the Quantum Rush website, which will soon also be available via an in-game browser directly through the game client.
Currently, Qoins allow you to:
- unlock colours (but there are also colours that can be unlocked with credits)
- unlock skins
- unlock additional garage slots
- skip research times
- purchase racers including their research (you need to unlock another racer from the same tier before you can use this option!)
- unlock additional racer configuration pages
With credits you can:
- purchase racers
- purchase racer components (functional upgrades)
- unlock colours (not all colours can be purchased with credits though)
In the near future, Qoins will allow you to activate boosts that increase the number of research points and credits you receive for each race. Other new Qoin features will include additional options for further visual customisation of your racers.
So, summing it up, Qoins will allow you to further individualise your racers' looks and access some comfort features while all functional upgrades that improve your racers' performance on the race track can be purchased with credits.
