Would like to see a RIS rail for-grip instead of standard older M16a4
No- this isn't older, it's just a different cover for the barrel.
The lower receiver makes the gun, If you would take a M16A4 lower and put on a M4 upper it is still a M16A4.
Same goes with the hand guards, if I would put on a Magpul PTS hand guard it is still the M16A4.
