Description
You may find a school's worth or two of useless Magikarp before coming across it, but it's worth sifting through all the poor things to get this beauty. Lapras is a bit stronger than most other Pokémon in Pokémon Campaign, and it packs both Water Pulse and DragonBreath. It's a worthy member of your team, but keep in mind, it is INCREDIBLY rare. If you see one, you had better hope that you have some sort of ranged attack to hit it with!
