It is the year 2287, one of the first colony ships sent out by Earth arrives at the planet Maria, in the Epsilon Indi Star System. During its landing sequence, something appears in front of the massive ship that causes it to lose control and crash into the planet. Some of the colonists survive in lifeboats, but what they find is an unforgiving land filled with creatures ready to outlast the visitors from Earth. Now the survivors must explore, gather, build, create, fight, and ultimately, conquer the land.

folder next to the executable
I'm a bit of a noob though, not entirely sure what I'm doing haha.
The rar file unzipped wrong or the download wasn't complete. Was the rar file 1.5G? Try using the torrent, just to be sure.

Having had issues for several years finding any game that was immersive and interesting enough to play through or spend serious time on, i've stuck to EVE Online. And realized that i am an old man.
Until now that is, i am completely mindblown by this game. The freedom and depth it offers is amazing, and it has excellent gameplay mechanics. And to think that it has only reached Alpha. I simply cant wait to see what you have in store.

I voted for this game in greenlight steam, amazing game.
I can't download the game. Every time I have tried so far it downloads fine in the Internet browser but then when I open it, it takes me to IGN download manager which doesn't say it is downloading. I don't have WinRAR but will I need it to play the game?
Just retried it after deleting the installed part and received a message when complete saying :Application not found :P

only the grassland and a little part of the forest are available? i tried to go other regions but there is invisible walls :(
Yes, there is a wall in the alpha right now, we'll be extending it as we add in more content.
and even in adventure mode i can't try the canyon or desert stopping at 100%

The 8500 won't support opencl no matter what, so just wait until we have cpu based voxel rendering in a couple of builds.
Just downloaded it and really excited to try it out but everytime it loads I'm stuck looking at the sky! I can move and verything else seems to be working except that the camera will not budge from the sky. =(
What's you GPU?
