Game is not working! Thread - Paranormal

I just got this game today, and after hours of waiting for the stuff to download, I can't play. It'll show the UDK thing at the beginning, then it goes black. I still have sound, but that's it if I pretend to know what I'm doing, I can get to the paranormal2 screen, but then it'll go black again. I've tried reinstalling it. It didn't work... I don't know what the heck I should do...

since matt doesnt post in this this im happy to let you know he is working on it and plan to release an update that might fix it soon.

turns out 2012 udk no longer supports certain chips so if it doesnt work we can only hope they fix it in the future

the black screen error is with the UDK it's a common issue one they have to fix it's over at the "epic forum's"

I´ have the problem now in 2013 how can i do to fix it?

Maybe thats all paranormal is. You wander around in the complete dark, hearing stuff drop all around you. Maybe your character is blind. Thats what I keep telling myself while I play, since this is never going to be fixed.

I can't play either. I've tried putting it on my Mac and PC and neither will play the game. I might have to ask for a refund...
