Overgrowth takes place in the savage world of Lugaru where rabbits, wolves and other animals are forced to use paws, claws and medieval weaponry to engage each other in battle. Combining 3rd person adventure platforming with intricate melee combat, Overgrowth achieves a unique feel. Overgrowth also benefits from Wolfire's brand new Phoenix Engine which has been built from the ground up to allow the use of cutting edge graphics, animation, and physics. Add to these exciting features Overgrowth’s realistic artificial intelligence and streamlined control system and the result is an astoundingly immersive experience.

Err, is everyone's character a rabbit, or will more species be added?

hmmmm correct me if I'm wrong because i have no clue how any of this works. But since you can create custom skeletons it seems to me like implementing breakable bones would work , just like program it to where another join pops up in the middle of a bone if it gets broke. (i know its not as simple as that I'm just a noob wondering something)

Does sound like a good idea. Maybe you could have it so that when a limb is broken, the joint won't stop when it goes straight, so, for example, if you break a leg, rather than stopping when it extends fully, it'll bend forward as well to some extent.
