i have to ask what is the point of the saving dialogue after each level if there is no way to go to a main menu? i want to review this title, but there is no documentation for it besides the basic controls in game and would like to know if that saving dialog is just pointless fluff.

The saving dialogue is there for two reasons: 1) to give each level a proper closure, 2) to designate a point of "it's safe to close the game now, progress has been saved" . So, from a certain point of view, it might be just a pointless fluff.

In that case it's a bug.
What platform and what build (demo/full) are you running it on? It's been tested on Ubuntu, Win7 and latest OSX, none of the standalone builds had problem with saving the progress.

Thanks a lot, brilliant character voices! :)

I'm sorry about the savegame quirk, another reason for me to step away from flash-only builds in my next projects.
