The story takes place in the year 2020 when an ancient threat rises to attempt to consume the world once again. In the past it was thwarted by the power of the god Nemesis, who extracted the corruption Erebus had caused at the cost of his essence being split into mortal vessels. That gave rise to the Order, an organisation working to prevent Erebus’ return. We are trying to create a game that will use the latest technology such us motion control and 3d. The player will be able to adjust hud as well as camera view to their liking.
Interesting! Do you have to use Adobe for this? Or can I use an open source software package? I can't afford the $$$, I'm in starving artist mode!
I have a great news for you. I found free online photo editor.
Pixlr.com
Made by Autodesk. :)
It is very similar to Photoshop and will do most of the things that you need to complete process of character creation. Enjoy.
Hmm. I just look around Pixlr and unfortunately it doesn't have all what you need. But I am sure that I will find a solution for it. :)
I know. I have a Pixlr app on my phone.
Thanks for the research though.

Well, for a Photoshop-like editor, I use GIMP, it's open source and it's almost as powerful as PS.
But it isn't a vector based modeling program.
I might have to go with Blender, but it's not much on human figures, unless you build from scratch.
It looks like you use some form of human modeling program. Am I correct in this assumption?

Of course that you can use different package. What software would you like to use? If more people would like to use the same as you, or even different one, I will add more tutorials.
I also don't have $$$, that is why I will buy 2 month subscription for Photoshop. Check Creative Suite and you can pay per month. You will only need it for 1 or 2 months.
