Explore a variety of hazardous dungeons, caverns, underwater and space stations. Solve puzzles, discover secrets and avoid mass of dangerous creatures and traps. Find upgrades for your suit to gain new abilities and reach unreachable places. Gather information from Elysian probes and study the relics you find on your way to uncover the mystery of disaster that happened to your home world. Will you find the way to save your civilization?

Genre: 2D-platformer, metroidvania, action, indie.

Gameplay: running and jumping around, upgrading suit, running and jumping way higher and faster, avoiding traps and dangerous creatures, exploring dungeons, collecting items, solving puzzles. Mechanics of this game are mainly inspired by Metroid series and Knytt Stories.

Plot: Namo's home planet disappeared because of mysterious phenomenon while he was on his duty at the orbital station. He managed to get on the spaceship before the station vanished, too. Left alone on the spaceship, with his mechanical companion, MISU, Namo decides to investigate the cause of this disaster.

Extra features: handy world editor, which lets players to create new worlds for Namo to explore, new stories and places to discover, new puzzles to solve. You can use default media that is made by us or add yours (not forgetting about copyrights, of course) - to make the universe of Namo even more beautiful and interesting place!

Story mode consists of several worlds which will be released by chapters, along with the new content for the editor. Main storyline shouldn’t constrain the flight of your fancy when you make your own worlds.

What's new for November 18, 2016 (this year's results):

- Reworked system for events, triggers and user variables.
- Per-pixel collision detection is now optimized and separated from hitbox collision logic.
- Optimized lighting system.
- Added separate thread for music and ambience playback.
- Optimized loading for main game assets.
- Implemented skills system for controlled actor. System supports multiple actors, each with their own skills set.
- Added energy system for Namo's suit.
- Optimized collision system, reworked physical logics on the way. Added physical behaviours for objects.
- New system for saving game progress.
- Added HUD.
- Added in-game menu.
- Removed GodRays from title screen (to lower GPU usage).
- Working on a handy image gallery for the worlds preview.
- Multi-world system: you can make a transition from one world to another right in the game.
- 60 FPS lock for pixel-perfect collision detection and proper strip animation. Now working on 120Hz displays support.
- Adapted Mercury Particle Engine to work best with our game. Began working on Pulsar Particle Editor.
- Graphic device loss won't break the game now. Game supports multi-display desktops.
- Reworked all character sprites.
- Remade main game menu.
All other changes affect game editor. Too much to tell about, so we'll do that some time later.
