Microminer is a 2D game with similar game play based off of Minecraft. The goal is to explore your map and fight off waves of on coming enemies with dynamite. In the mean time, build awesome castles and share your saved maps with friends. If you have Java installed on your PC or Mac, just double click the game and you're ready to play!
Description
This is version 0.9_08.1. The main feature of this update was includes the ability to explore not only left and right, but deep down into the earth. Many bug fixes as well.

Does this work for Ubuntu?
If you have Java installed, it will work. I tried it out on a friends Ubuntu based OS and it ran great.
