looks good so far. but i would increase missile speed of the weapon you use. sound travels fast and I never liked games with slow traveling gunfire, it feels like it has no power. And maybe another sound for it.
And really nice progress, you did a lot in so little time.
May I suggest Gordian Knot for music theme inspiration? They are great, and something in your theme song reminded me of them.
